The association between Dung Le and Josephine Scarfone has given birth to Melbourne Institute of Nails & beauty fin 2004 Odyssey Nails Hair & Beauty in 2008 and now Nails R us in 2010. She is truly the best Nail Technician in Australia and amongst few she also excel in Hairdressing with lots of national and international prices under her belt. Josephine is qualified Beauty Therapist and Nationally Accredited Teacher.She help to shape the new generation of business owners and Odyssey Nails franchesee.

All this could not be possible if her husband, Fabrizio, would not be behind all this. Fabrizio has been a successful lawyer 12 years. Graduated at Pavia University (Italy) in 1994, he then sat and pass the bar exam in 1996. He then practice law in Melbourne and he graduated at University of Melbourne in 2004. He now, quietly behind the scene organise and publish most of what you see. An example is this website. Without knowing anything about, design, programming and developing a website he came up with this website and numerous others.

We all have to thank him for the hard work and the countless hours spend in trying to develop our group in a unity that ootherwise it would not exist.

2004 also signed another milestone for our group. Hoang le created Le Beauty nails & beauty supply, which is now leader supplier for the nails and beauty industry.

If our group is what it is today is also because our franchisee. In 2003 we baptised our Odyssey Nails Franchise System.

Our group today employ more than 300 people and it is established as the biggest and more successful franchise system in Australia, while Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty is the biggest nails school in Australia.
