Our Students are always happy to service clients who want to help them to develop their skills. Students work always under supervision of trainers or senior staff.

Students: Our students are still learning and they are not graduates yet. While they can perform the job correctly, they are not expected to perform it timely and without faults. That's why you pay a minimum price just to cover our expenses. All we ask you is to be patient with them. An Educator is always present throughout any service. If you are not happy with the service in process, simply ask for the educator and they will be more than happy to assist with the problem. Condition apply.

Student's Salon Policy

Students perform their services twice a day: 10.15 am and 1.45pm every day, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Condition Apply)

Part Time Student service clients at 6.00pm Monday and Wednesday and 1.45pm Saturday. (Condition apply).

Students must be given enough time to perform the service since they are learning and are slower than professional staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee student availability, so please confirm your appointment.

We guarantee that you will walk out feeling and looking great. Our professional educators will fix the job and if you are still not satisfied you do not pay for the service.

We cannot guarantee student’s availability. So, we ask clients to be patient with us and with the students. Students are working under supervision from a qualified trainer and assessor. Their work is not guaranteed but we endeavour to solve any problem if we have your feedback and collaboration within 3 days. However if you are not happy please draw it to the educator’s attention since this constitutes a good training tool for our students.

Offensive clients will not be serviced by the students and will be asked to leave.
